Hello World!

Well, there are so many experiences I want to share with you guys that I don't know where to begin from.

So, lets start from my childhood. I was born and brought up in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Since the beginning, I was an introvert. Social gatherings never pulled me but I was always inclined towards books. Books started alluring me when I was in my teenage. The journey started when my mother bought me an Enid Blyton novel- one of the 'The Famous Five'series. Before I knew it, reading turned into my passion and I used to spend most of my free time in school at the library- reading and searching for books.

I always thought that writing was not my cup of tea and so I never even tried to pen down my thoughts. But, after reading so many books, I developed my own opinion on certain subjects and therefore, I wanted to share my views with the world. Also, our world is becoming berserk with each passing day and everyone knows that something has to be done but there are only few who take the step. I wanted to play my part to make a difference. What can be a better way to write a blog!!

Now, I am sure you must have assumed me to be very dull and lifeless and the one who likes to be around books all the time. But, that's not true. I have other hobbies and interests that entice me equally- I love watching movies and listening to music. I put my dancing shoes on once in a while and love to be on stage- be it for drama, a dance performance or anything else!
Besides writing this blog, I am pursuing B.Com. Also, I am a freelance author for many online blogs dedicated to different genres.

I hope you will enjoy reading my articles as my blog will help you to unfold the deeper meaning of life.

"I AM FINE THE WAY I AM"

I was in a clinic and was waiting for my turn to consult the doctor. Since it was taking too long, I just got into a conversation with the receptionist. She told me one incident that surprised me and I was miffed too. The receptionist had a friend who was slightly healthy. She did not look that awkward, but her close friends teased her and advised her to shed some weight off. Now, that girl took it so seriously that she went on dieting for weeks and ultimately was admitted to a hospital where she died! Just imagine the extent to which people go just to get a letter of approval with the signatures of this society! We all have a bad habit that we want to be loved by all. A MASK TO MASK THE REAL YOU!

The sun climbed over the skyline. The rays streaming through the window, fell gently on Amit's face, disturbing him from deep sleep. After much wallowing in bed, he finally got up, already exhausted from the thought of going to a business party.  But, his despair melted down as he saw a huge shelf thrusted with books. His eyes gleamed and a wide smile, symbolising his love for books, flashed on his face, pushing away the sorrow. BEWARE PARENTS! CHILDREN NOTICE EVERYTHING

Screaming and squirming, he was born to the couple. Couple, they were for the world. Foes, they were to each other. Every other day, they slipped into a scuffle which sometimes lasted for whole day while the new born slept peacefully, incognizant of his mother's weeping.  Some years passed and at the age of nine, the child's world was bliss to him with ecstasy all around. But, his parents flummoxed him because there relationship was still a blend of arguments and misunderstandings. While they fought, he just stood there, observing his father berating his mother, who just wailed all night. The reason of their contempt was beyond his understanding. But, a broad smile on his mother's face back in the morning would make him believe that everything was normal.  The family waded through another ten years. Nothing changed except their ages.
